Back in 2005 I began my loc journey it was a very spiritual transition in my life and in 2014 I was lead to part with my locs an take it back to my short natural. To give a little history when I was a young girl about 9 year old I remember being in the bathroom and combing out my super thick long puffy hair a balling in tear saying to my mom I want to cut it all off. Sometimes I look up and a week has passed by and you have done nothing to your hair, or at least for me. I’m a full time student with several other things happening in my life and at times my hair doesn’t get the attention it deserves or need. But, I’m human.
